Itinerary – Final Notes
- Please keep all valuables in a safe place.
- Please ensure you have all of your belongings, valuables from safe, and passports before departing the
hotel
- Some hotels/centres require damage deposits on arrival, Voyager will endeavour to inform groups if such
payments are required. We always advise room inspections upon check-in for pre-recorded damage.
- Voyager also recommend carrying out a fire drill, or at least ensuring that all pupils are aware of all
emergency exits and fire assembly points.
- We advise that all group members bring their own hand and bath towels.
- Please do remember to allow small additional sums to tour funds to tip drivers/guides etc.
- If groups are delayed en route to accommodation OR visits we ask that they telephone the supplier in
advance.
- International check in times after 3pm on arrival day and check out by 10 am on last day. We will try to
arrange luggage storage rooms in case or earlier arrival or late departure
RYANAIR
Each checked bag is permitted a maximum 15kgs allowance. Any passenger exceeding their 15kg personal checked
baggage allowance per bag will be charged the prevailing fee on the day of travel.
The following cabin baggage restrictions apply per person (no infant allowance):
- Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants) weighing up to 10kg with maximum
dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm is permitted. (handbag, briefcase, laptops, shop purchases, camera
etc. must be carried within your permitted 1 piece of cabin baggage).
