21% Savings *
With the Boiler Master you get the best heat by optimizing the burning fire sequences
and duration. Installation is easily done in about an hour. Boiler Master is a
product that saves energy and helps our environment by reducing CO2.
Boiler Master has been tested and certified by the most recognized
testing institution in England. Over 10,000 units have already
been installed in Europe
BoilerMaster®
AN ELECTRONIC “MECHANIC”
An electronic “mechanic” that never rests. Saves up to 30% of your
oil or gas costs!
This unique patented invention supervises the furnace and reduces
continuously the burning so that optimal operation will be received
all the time. This happens because the unit concentrates on the burner
instead of the furnace- or the radiators water temperatures.
Compare with the modern car engine, that works with micro process
steering and therefore substantially reduces the fuel consumption.
The unit reduces the need for fuel up to 30% by optimizing the frequency
of the burning time.
The Boiler Master measures Time, Load
and Controls the water temperature.
These measurements are used in a simple and intelligent way to
calculate the optimum burning cycles at all times. This formula is
the basis for the Boiler Master patent.
The Boiler Master continuously monitors cooling and burning
times. The length of the cooling period is changed depending on
current load. Optimum burning cycles are achieved with longer
cooling periods but more importantly a shorter total burning
time ( e.g. per 24 hour period) – without affecting the heating or
hot water requirements.
What it does / How it works!
Measures the Time Difference
Boiler Master works with the boilers thermostat and measures
the time it takes for the water temperature to fall from a high to
a low level. (from + 176F down to +167F).
Processes the Information
The Boiler Master processes the information and changes the
cooling period depending on:
Time ( from high to low level water temp)
Economy factor ( the % increase in the cooling period)
Continuous adjustments
The time is continuously adjusted in accordance with current
heat requirements (load) Time - gets longer during the warm
season (low load) and shorter during the colder season or if heat
requirements suddenly increases - more hot water required
(high load).
The benefits are:
We get a larger share of burning time during best
conditions
Each time the burner re-starts it takes about 60 – 90 seconds
before burning conditions are ideal. With Boiler Master we have a
greater share of burning time ( longer interconnected burning
times) during ideal burning conditions and thereby higher
average burning efficiency, i.e. better utilization of the fuel
energy.
Unnecessary re-starts
For certain “ smaller” hot water requirements, the thermostat
reacts and re-starts the burner for a short period, despite the fact
that the heat was not really required. After a short while, the
burner stops again. With Boiler Master these unnecessary
re-starts are avoided.
A sensor monitors the return hot water temperature – if this
temperature drops to below a pre-set level (e.g.+ 140F) a signal is
sent to the microprocessor to re-start the burner immediately.
Fewer ignitions, reduced starting losses, etc.
With Boiler Master the number of re-starts is significantly
reduced. By having fewer re-starts, start up losses as well as soot
formation is reduced. 1 millimetre of soot increases fuel
consumption by 4 to 5 percent.
Better use of stored energy
When Boiler Master extends the cooling periods, a certain
temperature reduction occurs in the boiler (often 36F to 41F) as
we are utilising more of the boilers stored energy. There is a large
amount of energy in the boiler and the system which can be
used more efficiently.
Better environment
Improved burning efficiency gives less discharge into the
atmosphere and creates a better environment, which is
eco-friendly!
Less wear and tear.
Because there are fewer re-starts the wear and tear on the burner
is reduced which in turn increases the life expectancy of the
equipment.
