By working for the Company, you are agreeing to act in accordance
with the spirit as well as the letter of this Code and the Company
policies and procedures that apply to your job.
Each of us on the Atkins team—including members of
our Board of Directors, employees of subsidiary entities,
Company affiliates, consultants, subconsultants, contract
employees, and others—is responsible for following the
standards outlined in the Code when conducting business
for or on behalf of the Company. By working for the
Company, you are agreeing to act in accordance with the
spirit as well as the letter of this Code and the Company
policies and procedures that apply to your job.
Each of us is responsible for our own conduct. No one has
the authority to make anyone violate our Code, and any
attempt to direct or otherwise influence any employee to
commit a violation is itself a violation of our Code. Each
of us has a responsibility to properly report any violation
or reasonably suspected violation in accordance with
this Code. Alleged violations will be investigated and
appropriate action taken.
