Double-tube slide resistors
High-class ceramic tubes and perfect windings are the basis of
the high quality of our resistors and they make a long service
life as well as a great reliability possible. By means of a layer
made of a special cementation the windings are mechanically
fixed and protected against mechanical impacts from outside.
Moreover, the heat conduction is improved. Operation can be
effected manually as well as by means of a motor. In case of
motor operation, Ruhstrat supplies the desired components individually
according to your specifications, with drive and limit
switches.

For the resistor’s winding we use round resistor wire or resistor
band with a low thermal coefficient of resistance. Our resistors
are outstandingly suitable for applications requiring a high resistance
accuracy over a broad temperature range. Thanks to
the high resistance accuracy, there are no tolerances concerning
the resistance values.
