WHEREAS, through the comprehensive public process KPB has identified 27,000 acres to
fulfill and finalize the KPB municipal entitlement for planning commission
review and assembly approval as required by KPB 17.10. 030-040; and
WHEREAS, KPB's existing selections are from 1968, 1971, 1974, 1978, 1991, 1999, and 2000
and comprise approximately 50,000 acres; and
WHEREAS, comprehensive review and analysis indicates
inconsistent with the KPB' s basic "' 111 1'1'\/"\C><
