The balance of the attendance fee must be paid by 30 September for the Rome event and by 28 October for the Milan
event, and in any case before the start of the event. If this condition is not met, Exmedia Srl reserves the right to prevent
the exhibitor from taking part in the event and to seek compensation for eventual damages. Any cancellations made by
the dates above will result in a penalty of 50% of the total. After that dates the fee will not be refunded.

ART. 1 – Attendance fees must be paid in full by the deadline specified (sending a photocopy of the cheque/bank transfer is advised). If
this condition is not met, Exmedia Srl will not provide the services requested in this form. The issuing of the invoice shall constitute
official confirmation of the holding of the event.
ART. 2 – Exmedia Srl will provide a table and four chairs for every station, belonging to the hotel hosting the event. Any additional
furnishings brought by the exhibitor must be of non-inflammatory material, fireproof at origin, fireproofed (see Circular 12 of 17/05/80
Interior Ministry Decree 6/7/83 Official Gazette 201 of 23/7/83 – Ministerial Decree 26/06/84 Official Gazette 234 of 25/08/84 Official
Gazette 246 of 06/09/84).
ART. 3 – Any additional electronic equipment brought by the exhibitor must also be in full compliance with the provisions of Presidential
Decree 547, CEI regulations (Law 166 of 01/04/68) and Law 46 of 05/03/90. In any case, the exhibitor is solely responsible for complying
with these laws and regulations. Exmedia Srl shall in no event be considered co-responsible.
ART. 4 – The fulfilment of any copyright obligations, co-responsibility for copyright and any authorisations/permissions relating to the
reproduction and distribution of material protected by copyright or part of the catalogue protected by copyright are borne exclusively
by the exhibitor.
ART. 5 – Upon request, Exmedia Srl will make hotel reservations for the exhibitor – 1 single or double room per city, per exhibitor, with
overnight stay and breakfast. Exmedia Srl will not be responsible for any faults in supplier services, including those due to natural disasters.
ART. 6 – Admission to the event as an exhibitor is subject to Exmedia Srl’s acceptance of the enrolment form, and may be refused if the
necessary requirements are not met and, in any case, at the discretion of Exmedia Srl, whose decision shall be final.
ART. 7 – The allocation of exhibitor table positions is decided by Exmedia Srl alone, taking into account enrolment data, general interest
of the event, and as much as possible, the preference expressed by the exhibitor, although this is not binding for Exmedia Srl.
ART. 8 – The exhibitor must guarantee the presence of competent persons at the table during the event and an appropriate amount of
brochures for distribution. Note that Exmedia Srl is in no case responsible for the non-arrival/delivery of brochures sent or transferred
by exhibitors.
ART. 9 – Participating exhibitors may only distribute material relating to their own company.The distribution of promotional material
relating to other companies (tour operators, airlines, hotel chains, etc.) that are not participating in the event as exhibitors is therefore
not permitted.
ART. 10 – It is not permitted to distribute promotional material (brochures, postcards, posters, etc) or to show slides, videos etc that
could be said to, directly or indirectly, express criticism or promote any form of unfair competition in respect of other companies,
whether present or not at the event, or that offend public taste.
ART. 11 – The Court of Turin Italy has sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this contract.
