Mercedes-Benz has always shared much in common with the
world's best athletes, namely, exemplary performance and an

lovers and players recognize the three-pointed star at prestigious
golf tournaments such as the PGA TOUR and, of course, the distinguished
MercedesTrophy.
Initiated as part of Mercedes-Benz' very effective customer
care program, the MercedesTrophy is an exclusive series of golf
tournaments held to keep in touch with Mercedes-Benz owners.
The only pre-requisite for participation is to be an owner of a

Mercedes-Benz striving to achieve a flawless drive. This international
series is played worldwide in a three stage system - the
National Final, Regional Final and World Final. The series starts
with invitation tournaments at a local level, where players can
qualify for the National Final of the country or Regional Final.
Sound swings and smooth putts kick off with qualifying rounds
at the lush green golf courses worldwide with more than 53,000
golfers, male and female all playing in approximately 540 local
series to qualify for the World Final in Stuttgart.
Held in September, the World Final has been held traditionally
in Stuttgart, the "cradle of the automobile". This venue, of
course, underlines the close relations between the brand
Mercedes-Benz and golf.
