The program is intensive, demanding and designed for people that aspire to achieve advanced managerial positions requiring multidisciplinary skills within the life sciences industry. The focus of our program is on the integration of a
number of individual managerial and technical elements to create a competitive advantage. Students that follow our program come with a scientific background and already have completed advanced degrees (PhD, PharmD and MSc in
biological and chemical sciences). Classes meet from end of September to December and one week per month basis between January and May. As of January, students must undertake an internship for 8 to 12 months in order to complete
the degree. Typically, students are assigned 15–20 hours of homework outside of class per week. Study groups meet frequently on a weekly basis. This enables the students to develop teams that focus not only on projects, but the
educational processes as well.
