Magelis HMI go mobile!
With the latest version of Vijeo Designer, users
can remotely connect to a Magelis HMI using a
tablet or smartphone.
The user can remotely view, and control the
machine from anywhere. The applications are
created in Vijeo Designer and then can be
downloaded from the Apple Appstore or Google
Play.
There are two different ways of viewing data from
your machine:
Numerical Data
> Mirror – Similar to the current Webgate offer,
the user can connect and view exactly the
same screen displayed on the HMI, ideal for
debugging, commissioning and maintaining the
machine.
> Mobile HMI – By using Vijeo Designer the user
creates a separate application with screens and
data to show key information, more suited to a
smartphone. The app is then downloaded from
the respective appstore. Mobile HMI is aimed
at production, monitoring and adjusting the
machine.

upgrade. This new release brings the offer of “size 2”, 32A and above
plugs and connectors up to date with the rest of the 56 Series
range. Not only do they have the revolutionary MACTRO
cord clamp and cable seal system they too have snap-shut
bodies, an improved ergonomic shape, and a new bigger
lock ring making them easier to use.
