Commit to the Future
The Athenaeum looks back on a strong legacy and
on the many gifts it has been given to steward.
Today, it is important to recognize that the school
must continue to grow to meet the changing
ministerial needs of society to prepare those who
are called to be the ministers of our Church. To
continue to meet the needs of our own Archdiocese
and beyond, we must embark on an ambitious
$15,750,000 fundraising effort to secure our
spiritual and academic legacy.
No institution in our Archdiocese enriches the
religious lives of the Catholic community in the same
way as The Athenaeum of Ohio. It is truly at the
forefront of nurturing and fostering the faith.
Aware of this great responsibility, the Archbishop of
Cincinnati, the Athenaeum Board of Trustees, and
the faculty and staff of the Athenaeum are planning
for the continuation of a great legacy: the formation
of priests, deacons and lay ministers.
But, it needs your help to accomplish this vision.
We invite everyone who seeks to secure the future
of our Church to join us in this critical campaign
effort by “Investing In Our Future and
Preserving Our Legacy.”
