NHS DONATIONS – Mr. Pladson moved and Mrs. King seconded a motion to approve the list of donations to NHS as presented. The
motion was unanimously approved. See correlated file.
SUPERINTENDENT’S CONTRACT – Mr. Weadick moved and Mr. Heims seconded a motion to approve the Superintendent’s contract
with the salary increase in line as the other administrators. The motion was unanimously approved.
SMALL CLAIMS COURT RESOLUTION – Mr. Heims moved and Mr. Pladson seconded a motion to approve Myra Miller to represent
the school corporation in small claims court for the purpose of book rental collection as presented. The motion was
unanimously approved.
WAGE COMMITTEE REAPPOINTMENT – Mr. Heims moved and Mrs. King seconded a motion to appoint Mitch Miller and Shirley
Meyer to the wage committee as presented. It was noted this committee is for the construction projects. The motion was
unanimously approved.
PERSONNEL - Mr. Heims moved and Mrs. King seconded a motion to approve the following personnel action:
• Resignation of Lisa A. Steele, bus driver (regular route)
• Resignation of Lisa DeWyse, special education assistant at HMS
• Resignation of Joyce DeJong, temporary special education assistant at JES
• Emergency leave for Charlene M. Post, guidance secretary at HMS, 16 hours
• Emergency leave for Teresa Yoder, aide at JES, 2 hours
• Emergency leave for Deborah Doeden, media assistant at Middlebury Elementary, 8 hours
• Emergency leave for Nathan Wickey, teacher at NHS, 1 day
• Emergency leave for Karen Baldini, teacher at HMS, 2 days
