Three-core Outdoor Termination Type CHE-3F(B)<br />

for all three-core polymeric cables up to 36 kV<br />

Application<br />

Terminations Type CHE-3F(B) are designed to cover three-core polymeric cables (PVC, PE, XLPE,<br />

EPR) with different semi-conducting layers (graphitized, triple extruded or peelable) and with copper<br />

wire or tape screen.<br />

• Quick, easy and safe installation due to the combination of slip-on and heat-shrink components<br />

• Reliable stress control for all operating conditions due to stress control elements made of<br />

permanently flexible silicone material<br />

• Wide cross-section range suitable for all types of cable lugs<br />

Design<br />

A termination kit consists of the following main components:<br />

• Silicone stress control elements<br />

• Weather resistant and anti-tracking heat-shrink tube<br />

• Sealing mastic<br />

• Anti-tracking spreader cap<br />

• Silicone sheds<br />

Delivery<br />

One kit for three phases without cable lugs for cables with copper wire screen without armouring.<br />

Accessories for cables with tape screen respectively armouring as well as cable lugs can be ordered<br />

separately.<br />
