Welcome to <strong>John</strong> <strong>Wayne</strong> <strong>Airport</strong><br />
<strong>John</strong> <strong>Wayne</strong> <strong>Airport</strong> (JWA) is owned and operated by the County of Orange.<br />
It is the only commercial airport and one of two general aviation airports<br />
in the county and is located approximately 35 miles south of Los Angeles,<br />
between the cities of Costa Mesa, Irvine and Newport Beach.<br />
DINING AND SHOPPING AT JWA<br />
The Thomas F. Riley Terminal features fullservice<br />
restaurants, quick sit down dining and<br />
“Grab-and-Go” food along with a variety of<br />
local and national brands, giving passengers<br />
many choices for dining at the <strong>Airport</strong>.<br />
Retail, news and specialty items can<br />
be found in news and gift stores or along<br />
the newswalls located throughout the<br />
Riley Terminal. Specialty retail stores offer<br />
an additional variety of Orange Countythemed<br />
items and souvenirs/gifts.<br />
While the majority of concessions are<br />
located in the secure area of the Terminals<br />
(only accessible to visitors with a boarding<br />
pass), snack shops and news stores are also<br />
available for all visitors on the Departure<br />
(upper) Level near the ticket counter areas,<br />
and in Terminal A Baggage Claim.<br />

beverages – including espresso-based<br />
drinks, brewed coffees and Frappuccinos ®<br />
– in addition to a variety of fresh pastries,<br />
