With a 60cm (2’ x 2’) square footprint and 1500 sheet per hour<br />
throughput, the ultra-compact Versa<strong>Coater</strong> <strong>DocuMate</strong> is ideal<br />
for protecting and enhancing small format printed documents<br />
and photo images. Compatible with litho, digital press and<br />
photographic output, this easy-to-use machine features<br />
variable coating thickness control for cut sheet materials<br />
up to 400 gsm cover weight. The flip-up, removable supply<br />
canister makes set up quick and easy even for inexperienced<br />
operators, while an enclosed, self-cleaning paper path assures<br />
professional, dry, dust-free prints. It is recommended for<br />
digital print houses, in-plant operations, small print shops or<br />

and custom engineered for narrow format digital press output,<br />
the Versa<strong>Coater</strong> <strong>DocuMate</strong> represents the latest in <strong>UV</strong><br />
curable coating equipment. The perfect fit for digital print/<br />
quickprint/copy shops/in-house print operations, or portrait/<br />
wedding studios where space is at a premium. Produces high<br />
volume, commercial quality output in a 585 x 686 x 1016mm<br />
(23”x 27”x40”) footprint, with a remarkably low cost per page.<br />
It is ideal for protecting printed documents from DocuColor<br />
Series Digital <strong>Press</strong>es, Canon C1, Ricoh and similar high end<br />
digital colour printers. Typical <strong>DocuMate</strong> applications include<br />
digitally printed brochures, book covers, business or greeting<br />
cards, calendars, event tickets, post cards, psv decals or<br />
mailers–up to a maximum format of 305mm (12”) wide.<br />
Built For productivity<br />
The <strong>DocuMate</strong> employs an innovative <strong>UV</strong> lamp monitoring<br />
system to indicate when the coater is ready to use, assuring<br />
optimal cure and finish durability. A unique pivot point in the<br />
transport allows direct output to an operator-accessible tray<br />
from the front of the machine, or to the rear of the machine for<br />
higher volume output. Multiple supply canisters make coating<br />
changeover quick, clean and efficient.<br />
Minimal training required<br />

streamline job setup, while the automated clean up cycle make<br />
