the lack of sunshine. We’ve had an exciting 

awards-packed few months and can’t wait for 

the upcoming season. 

This month sees the release of the Fall Collections from Artistic and essie. I 

never thought I’d see myself wishing away the weeks of summer, but I am so 

pleased that these gorgeous catwalk-inspired colours are finally here and I 

know you’ll love them too. 

Artistic’s Collection is sultry and beautiful and my personal favourite has to 

be Mysterious - the pink chocolate colour is stunning. You’ll find the whole 

range on pages 10-11. essie’s Fall collection targets the modern woman, 

and there’s a gorgeous selection of reds and pinks guaranteed to get hearts 

racing, see them on pages 16-17. Get your orders in as quickly as you can as 

these Collections will be sell-outs! 

I’m also delighted to tell you about the latest addition to Artistic Nail Design 

- Revive Cuticle Oil - which is designed to strengthen and replenish the nails. 

The team at Artistic has spent months working on this fantastic new product 

to ensure that you can continue to give your customers the highest quality 

manicure. Just turn to page five to find out more. 

If that isn’t enough excitement for one issue, Seche has developed a new

When Rochelle Wiseman got married to Marvin 

Humes at the biggest celebrity wedding of the 

year, she was lucky enough to have an Artistic 

Angel with her to make her nail wishes come true.

Sam Watkinson and her team 

of talented technicians were 

on hand in the Hard Rock 

Spa at Hard Rock Calling this 

summer to offer the ultimate 

manicure to VIP guests. 

Over the course of the three-day 

festival, Sam and her team did 96 

manicures. They used a selection of 38 

colours from the Artistic range, plus all 

the other necessary tools to create the 

perfect finish; all provided of course by 

Louella Belle. 

The majority of visitors opted for the 

Summer in St Tropez Collection, loving 

the gorgeous Caviar for Breakfast 

colour in particular. Sam was delighted 

to meet Molly Bedingfield and find 

out about her charity work through an 

organisation called The Global Angels; 

whilst Sarah Poulton told us about 

some of the strange requests they 

received: “We had an Italian man who 

asked for one of his nails to match 

the colour of his car - it was an Aston 

Martin!” 

Despite being too busy to catch a 

rumoured appearance by Prince Harry 

at the festival, Sarah can’t wait to 

return next year: “It’s such a pleasure 

to work with Artistic and its gorgeous 

selection of colours. The professional 

quality of the brand was perfect for the 

VIP clientele.”

Lots of water, sleep and exercise are the 

best things for your skin. That and a fabulous 

manicure help me feel groomed and ready 

for the day. 

Most embarrassing beauty mishap? 

Over-plucking my eyebrows as a teenager. 

It has taken years of regular threading to get 

them back! 

Who is your beauty icon? 

I really admire make-up artist Lisa Eldridge 

for her simple approach to make-up and 

skincare. I am obsessed with watching her 

tutorials online. 

Which shade of Artistic Colour Gloss 

would you be, and why? 

It would have to be ‘Posh’ for a demure and 

groomed look, and ‘Owned’ for a bold and 

bright holiday look. 

What made you choose Artistic Colour 

Gloss? 

I first became aware of Artistic Colour Gloss 

in Harrods, and I knew instantly it would be a 

perfect fit for Mink. The range of shades and 

the quality completely won me over.

What is the inspiration behind your salon? 

Mink’s flagship salon opened in 2008, with 

a desire to provide Dublin with the highest
