Value drivers of our business
• In the classical pharmaceutical and biotech
field there is no correlation between
resources invested in R&D and the resulting
output obtained, at least not measurable
in the numbers of new medicaments.
Therefore, the development process is
probably characterised by other value drivers.
• We believe that in-depth information
exchange, interaction, versatility and flexibility
are such value drivers. Therefore, we
operate with a continuously expanding
community (scientists, physicians, patients,
patient advocacy organisations etc.)
who share their experience, know-how,
expertise and skills with us and who, like us,
are dedicated to the search of treatments
for rare and neglected diseases
(the “Mondobiotech community”).
