Select your preferred Booths space from the Booth Layout shown page 9 and then send us your 3 Booth choices in ONE of the FOUR easy ways<br />

Confirming your Booth as an Exhibitor :<br />
After getting confirmation from us on the availability of your preferred Booth(s), make your Booth commitment in ONE of the TWO easy ways:<br />
a) Courier / post the filled-up Application for Space - Indian Exhibitor Form #1 along with 50% advance payment to:<br />

Remittance of Booth charges and other payments :<br />
Payments are to be remitted by the following modes*<br />
Payments by DD / Cheque :<br />
Exhibitors making payments by DD / Cheque should make same in favour of “Indian Polyurethane Association” payable at New Delhi, INDIA.<br />
Payments by Bank Transfer (TT):<br />
Exhibitors making payments by telegraphic bank transfer should arrange payment direct to our Bankers-<br />

Confirmation Letter from Organiser :<br />
On receiving the Application for Space Form and Payments, we will send you the participation letter & other documents.<br />
Booth Charges :<br />
Built-up Booths Rs. 9000 per sq.m.<br />
Raw Space Rs. 8500 per sq.m.<br />
Note: Service tax will be charged extra as applicable (currently 12.36%)<br />
