Managed by Expomedia Group Plc as part of their EXPO XXI International Expocentres chain, which includes venues in Warsaw, Katowice, Amsterdam and Cologne; this centre offers world class facilities for a wide variety of events. EXPO XXI India offers the highest level of facilities, services, technology and event support for exhibitions, conferences, congresses, product launches, promotional events and other special events, across four fully air-conditioned halls, conference rooms, a VIP room and meeting rooms. The venue can accommodate all types of events ranging from 50 to 800 delegates and going up to 5,000 people. The four main halls are fitted with floor ports for utilities connections including water, electricity and telephone. High speed internet access is also available through a wifi network. The uninterrupted power is supplied through dedicated Diesel Generator sets. The venue is managed through the latest Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) and equipped with long range close circuit cameras. Additionally, the venue has ample parking area to accommodate 8,000 cars and 200 trucks. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS All exhibition and conference rooms are equipped with fire alarms (smoke and temperature detectors). The Two fully air-conditioned Halls 1 & 3 on the ground floor, each comprising approx. 3,500 sqm gross, with the following dimensions: Length - 71.5 m, Width - 46 m, Actual Height - 8 m, Max. height - 5.30 m, Floor Loading - 1,500 kg/sqm. HOW TO REACH THE VENUE BY CAR The venue is easily accessible from the centre of Delhi on the new 6-lane Greater Noida Expressway (45 minutes by car). There are several routes from the centre of Delhi: • ROUTE 1: Via Ring Road New Delhi Take the DND (Noida Toll) bridge and approach Greater Noida exit after the toll booths. Continue past Film City and onto the Expressway. • ROUTE 2: Via Mathura Road Apollo Hospital Kalindi Kunj Drive past the Apollo Hospital and left past Sarita Vihar to Kalindi Kunj and follow signs to the Expressway. • ROUTE 3: Via Ghaziabad NH24 Mayur Vihar Take NH 24 and continue left from Akshardham Setu on Mayur Vihar Noida Road, through the DND underpass. Continue past Film City and onto the Expressway. PARKING India Expo Centre, Expo XXI has ample outdoor parking space to accommodate 8,000 cars and 200 trucks. There is also valet parking available.
