3. In the SOW document - the required resource does not have any 

mention of Functional Finance Lead (FI/CO, FM, GM), Functional 

Purchasing (MM/IM/PM) lead and ESS lead etc., have not been 

mentioned. Does LACCD expect vendor to provide these 

resources 

4. The pricing form does not ask for Individual Contribution and 

Costing. For example, under Classification 3 : Team Members for 

“Phase I-Project Preparation", if we have multiple consultants 

working, do you want us to provide the total cost or do you want us 

to break the cost for each Individual 

5. Within SOW Attachment 2, please confirm whether LACCD will 

assign a dedicated PM apart from the Vendor PMO. 

6. Within SOW Attachment 2, please confirm whether, although 

the majority of the work will be done onsite, LACCD would allow 

utilization of Offsite and/or Offshore resources 

7. Public Sector references: Is LACCD open for corporate 

references for SAP Upgrade
