Kinds of Sentences<br />
There are four kinds of sentences.<br />
1. Assertive sentence.<br />
2. Interrogative sentence.<br />
3. Exclamatory sentence.<br />
4. Imperative sentence.<br />
i. A sentence that states of or declares something is called an Assertive or<br />
Declarative sentence.<br />

A sentence can ask a question:<br />
A sentence that ask a question is called an Interrogative sentence.<br />
A Sentence can express some command, advice, request or entity.<br />
A sentence that expresses some command, advice, request or entity is called<br />
an imperative sentence.<br />

that expresses some strong or sudden feeling or wish is called an Exclamatory<br />

A sentence begins with capital letter.<br />
An assertive or an imperative sentence ends with a full stop. (.)<br />
