U.S.SAFETY is the prescription safety eyewear supplier for SBC Data Services, Inc.<br />
U.S.SAFETY offers a complete selection of fashionable frames and lens options. It is suggested and<br />
recommended that you utilize one of the SBC Data Services, Inc. Provider Members.<br />
SBC Data Services, Inc. employees are allowed: 1 pair clear lens & 1 pair dark lens prescription<br />
protective eyewear or 1 pair photochromic (photogrey) lens.<br />
If you choose the option of one pair clear and one pair dark lens, you will need to submit two order<br />
forms (one specifying clear and one specifying a tint)<br />
Available Options:<br />
Lens Materials: Polycarbonate (highly recommended due to superior impact protection)<br />
CR-39 Plastic<br />
Glass<br />
Frames: Both metal and plastic frame styles are available. All metal frames are available<br />
with adjustable nose pads and several frames (FC601, PC250SW) have a<br />
universal bridge style option. Plastic frames come with fixed nose pads, but<br />
adjustable nose pads are available upon request. See Frame Guide for full<br />
details.<br />
Sideshields: Permanently attached or detachable<br />
Lens Styles: All lens styles are available from Single Vision, Bifocal, Trifocal, Progressive and<br />
Double Segments.<br />
Lens Options:<br />
Solid tints: Grey or Green<br />
Photochromics: Polycarbonate lens - Transitions Grey or Brown<br />
CR-39 Plastic - Transitions Grey or Brown<br />
Glass - Photogrey<br />
Scratch Resistant<br />
Coating: Available on CR-39, standard with Polycarbonate<br />
UV400:<br />
Available on CR-39, standard with Polycarbonate<br />
Rolled and<br />
Polished Edges: Recommended for minus lenses with powers over -4.00
