national qualifications and, should the company require, undertakes the role of the specialist RTO to award

The Institute delivers professional development seminars, on-line PD 71 (including lectures, short quizzes,
case studies and workshops), face-to-face workshops, networking and ongoing discussion groups,
leadership events and other PD opportunities around Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. The Institute
