7. The Ministry of Education in-charge of adult education should intensify their efforts in inspection of the
instructional materials and methods in order to improve and maintain standard.
8. Rural libraries, reading rooms, television viewing centres, visual teaching and learning aids should be
provided by the government to enhance the adult education services.
9. Learning materials should be distributed to the adult learners to motivate them towards continual education,
10. Adult learners should give maximum attention to the teachers even when they have known the topic being
taught.
11. Teachers of Adult learners should encourage class participation and questions from students.
