An independent office of the Legislative Assembly/Un bureau indépendant de l’Assemblée législative Management Report The accompanying financial statements are the responsibility of management and have been prepared in accordance with Canadian public sector accounting standards. In management’s opinion, the financial statements have been properly prepared within reasonable limits of materiality, incorporating management’s best judgment regarding necessary estimates and all other data available. Management maintains internal controls to provide reasonable assurance that the financial information is reliable and accurate and that assets are properly safeguarded. Staff of Bulat & Poustie view internal controls, and report their findings to management. The responsibility of Bulat & Poustie is to express independent, professional opinion on whether the financial statements are fairly presented in accordance with Canadian public sector accounting standards. The Auditor’s Report outlines the scope of the audit examination and provides the audit opinion.
