<strong>The</strong> Connie Spoto Walter <strong>The</strong>atre is designed with tall expansive windows and wood<br />
flooring. <strong>The</strong> <strong>The</strong>atre was once the center for productions such as operas, plays<br />
and concerts for many world famous celebrities.<br />
<strong>The</strong> room’s traditional design brings the building’s historical contribution to light and is<br />
an excellent space for productions, lectures, ceremonies, receptions, dances, theater<br />
events or corporate meetings and award presentations.<br />
Room Capacity: standing 400 and sit down 210 guests<br />
Room Capacity with Dance Floor: sit down 200 guests<br />
All rental packages are based on a four (4) hour rental. Packages include room rental,<br />
tables and chairs, set-up and breakdown, cleaning prior to and after the<br />
event and parking for up to ninety (90) cars.<br />
