Electronic Steam System with<br />
external boiler<br />
The Combair-Steam S is by far the greatest Steam oven of<br />
its class. Thanks to its large 56 litre volume, you can now<br />
steam <strong>and</strong> bake on up to 4 levels at the same time. With<br />
its comprehensive steam programmes, real Hot Air <strong>and</strong> the<br />
large grill, this is the perfect appliance for cooking turkey.<br />
In V-<strong>ZUG</strong>’s leading steamer technology, water from the<br />
fresh water container is taken to the boiler to create steam<br />
on dem<strong>and</strong>. After the cooking process the water is pumped<br />
back into the water holder so stale water cannot collect<br />
either in the cooking space or in the water pipes. Some more<br />
key strengths: fast, precise change of climate for outst<strong>and</strong>ing<br />
results; finely controlled, efficient steam creation; needsdriven<br />
