Steps To A Successful <strong>Truck</strong>load Sale<br />
1. Assign a coordinator to administer the fund raiser.<br />
2. The coordinator picks the dates for the fund raiser, sets the date for delivery of product,<br />
and monitors sales.<br />
3. <strong>Sales</strong> are conducted in keeping with school policy.<br />
4. Fund-raisers pre-sell Coke products using the Coke order ticket.<br />
5. Customer pays for all products upon delivery.<br />
All cases are $_25.00__ per case. Half cases not available.<br />
6. After the sale is complete, the school totals orders by brand and flavor and calls the order<br />
to the <strong>Sales</strong> Representative for delivery on assigned date.<br />
7. Bottler delivers products via Coca-Cola delivery truck and places drinks in a specified<br />
location.<br />
8. The school pays for products sold in advance with invoice terms and conditions.<br />
9. Keep in mind selling time is approximately two weeks. Allow two weeks from the day that<br />
orders are turned in to the bottler for delivery.<br />
