Production specialist Biarritz is one of the best Buckeye<br />
sons worldwide. He descends from a deep French cow<br />
family and has very different bloodlines.<br />
The robust daughters of the bull Biarritz are very well<br />
developed dairy cows and are clearly above average<br />
for strength. Of medium dairy type, they impress for<br />
body depth and capacity. Rumps are correctly sloped<br />
and also of the desired width.<br />
Having a little more substance, feet and legs show average<br />
angle and a very good set. Foot quality is above<br />
average and the Biarritz daughters also show good<br />
locomotion.<br />
Udders of these high production animals have good<br />
texture. They are highly and widely attached in the rear,<br />
carried by a strong suspensory ligament. Varying a little<br />
in length, fore udders also convince with their good<br />
attachment so that the Biarritz daughters have high<br />
production without any problems. Teats are correctly set<br />
and to really complete the package, udders are easy to<br />
milk.<br />
Due to his alternative bloodlines, Biarritz can be widely<br />
used and will clearly improve production and breed<br />
profitable cows. Thanks to their stature, substance and<br />
very good udder health, his daughters are able to give<br />
outstanding production over many lactations.
