It is clarified that <strong>the</strong> interventions shall be for
enhancement <strong>of</strong> livelihood and economic status <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>
SC&ST households. However, <strong>the</strong> projects with
implementation through SHG/Group/JLG mode shall
be preferred.
It is clarified that <strong>the</strong> OSFDC shall facilitate in
getting <strong>the</strong> fund from <strong>the</strong> govt. agencies/ schemes
from where fund/ grant is proposed for. However, it
does not commit <strong>the</strong> amount proposed under
convergence model.
The implementing agencies have to follow up with
<strong>the</strong> concerned department/ <strong>of</strong>fices for getting <strong>the</strong> fund
proposed under convergence model.
Yes. The beneficiary contribution is to be included
while working out <strong>the</strong> project cost and should be a
part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> total project cost. However, such
contribution should be judiciously arrived at and may
even include in <strong>the</strong> form <strong>of</strong> labour.
It is clarified that in case <strong>the</strong> proposal targets for
development <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> villages having both SC & ST
