HOW TO PREPARE:<br />

10. Blend second amount of spaghetti sauce until smooth in texture. Heat to proper serving temperature.<br />

11. At service, portion #8 scoop pureed spaghetti on plate. Top with 3- #24 scoops pureed meatballs. Garnish with 2 oz pureed spaghetti sauce <strong>and</strong><br />

grated parmesan cheese.<br />

Serving Suggestion: Place pureed spaghetti into a piping bag <strong>and</strong> pipe ½ cup per serving onto a plate to resemble noodles.<br />
