Facilities<br />
Completed the remodel/renovation project at HPS, which included<br />
painting, carpeting, repairs and some minor renovations.<br />
Completed an energy audit of all of our buildings and implemented<br />
several of the energy saving recommendations. This included a component<br />
which allows the district to monitor energy usage by building<br />
and make comparisons over time.<br />
Started installing energy efficient lighting in several areas of HPS.<br />
Completed landscaping around the Administrative Offices.<br />
Repaired the upper level of HPS to eliminate the water leaks.<br />
Began preliminary planning on boiler replacements for HPS and TTC.<br />
Started driveway and parking lot repairs in preparation for resurfacing<br />
of those area.<br />
Transportation<br />
Completed and implemented the transportation handbook for all TISD<br />
transportation staff.<br />
