O R D E R<br />

The Advocate General, Kerala, vide letter read as 4 th<br />

recommendation, the application for extension of<br />

above has forwarded, with due<br />

leave without allowances of<br />

Sri. Sabu George , Peon Grade II, Advocate General's Office for five years to take up<br />

employment abroad.<br />

Government after having examined the matter in detail with reference to the letter<br />

read 4 th paper above, are pleased to sanction Leave Without Allowances for five years to<br />

take up employment abroad to Sri. Sabu George, Peon Grade II, office of Advocate<br />

General subject to the conditions specified in Appendix XIIA of Part I of the Kerala<br />

Service Rules as amended from time to time and also subject to the following conditions.<br />

1. During the leave period he will lose all service benefits including commutation<br />

leave benefits, half pay leave benefits and also promotion chances as may arrive with<br />

reference to his seniority in the post of Peon Gr II.<br />

2. During the leave period he will lose seniority in the grade with reference to<br />

those who might get promoted before he rejoins duty.<br />

3. If Sri. Sabu George, Peon Gr II wishes to rejoin duty after canceling the<br />

unavailed portion of leave he should apply for the same at east three months in advance.<br />

4. The time between the date of request/reporting and the actual date of joining<br />

duty will be treated as part of extension of Leave Without Allowances.


5. Application for extension of leave for any further period shall be furnished<br />

before the expiry of the leave now sanctioned.<br />

6. He will repay all kinds of loans subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in<br />

it, if he had availed any.<br />

7. If he does not return to duty immediately on expiry of the leave, his service shall<br />

be terminated after following the procedure laid down in the KCS (CC&A) Rule, 1960.<br />

8. The above facts will be recorded in the Service Book of Sri. Sabu George. He<br />

will rejoin duty on expiry of leave.<br />
