O R D E R
Government are pleased to terminate
the services of Sri. Babu G. Koshy,
Additional Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor- II, Pathanamthitta
and Sri. V. Sathish Kumar, Additional Government Pleader and Additional Public
Prosecutor, Fast Track Court - III, Pathanamthitta. They will be paid one month's
salary in lieu of one month's notice as provided in rule 17 of the Kerala Government
Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules,
1978.
Government are pleased to appoint Sri. A.K. Satheesh, Anamudiyathu House,
Kaipattoor P.O., Pathanamthitta as Additional Government Pleader and Additional
Public Prosecutor, Fast Track Court - III, Pathanamthitta.
Government are also pleased to grant full additional charge of Additional
Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor - II, Pathanamthitta to
Sri. A.K. Satheesh, Additional Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor,
Fast Track Court - III, Pathanamthitta until further orders.
The appointment is for a period of three years from the date of his assumption
of charge or on attaining the age of sixty years, whichever is earlier. Sri. Babu G.
Koshy and Sri. V. Sathish Kumar are directed to hand over the charges to Sri. A.K.
Satheesh, immediately.

The terms and conditions of service, duties, remuneration etc. of
Sri. A.K. Satheesh, Additional Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor,
Fast Track Court - III, Pathanamthitta will be as envisaged in the rules issued under the
G.O. read as 1 st paper above, as amended from time to time.
