O R D E R
Government are pleased to terminate the services of Sri. Somasundaram Additional
Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor, Manjeri, Malappuram,
Sri. P.P. Balakrishnan, Additional Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor
in the Fast Track Court No. II, Manjeri, Malappuram and Sri. P. Suresh Additional
Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor Fast Track Court No. III, Manjeri,
Malappuram. They will be paid one month's salary in lieu of one month's notice as
provided in rule 17 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions
of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.
Government are pleased to appoint Sri. Saju George, Empryil House, Muttipalam
P.O , Annakayam as the Additional Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor
Manjeri, Malappuram in the vacancy which arose due to the termination of
Sri. Somasundaram. Sri. Somasundaram is directed to hand over the charge to Sri. Saju
George.
Government are pleased to appoint Sri. Abdurahiman Karat, Karat House,
Aravanara Pookkottur P.O. 676517 as Additional Government Pleader & Additional
Public Prosecutor in the Fast Track Court No. II, Manjeri, Malappuram in the vacancy
which arose due to the termination of Sri. P.P. Balakrishnan. Sri. P.P. Balakrishnan is
directed to hand over the charge to Sri. Abdurahiman Karat.
Government are pleased to appoint Sri. I.K. Yoonasalim, Court Road, Nilambur,
Nilambur. P.O 679329 as Additional Government Pleader & Additional Public Prosecutor
in the Fast Track Court No. III, Manjeri, Malappuram. in the vacancy which arose due to

the termination of Sri. P. Suresh. Sri. P. Suresh is directed to hand over the charge to
Sri. I.K. Yoonasalim.
The above appointments are for a period of three years from the date of assumption
of charge. The terms and conditions of service, duties, remuneration etc. of above said
Government Law Officers will be as envisaged in the rules issued under the G.O. read as
Ist paper above, as amended from time to time.
