EXHIBIT APPLICATION CONTRACT<br />

General: The undersigned agrees to participate as an exhibitor in the 2013 General Assembly <strong>of</strong><br />

the <strong>Christian</strong> <strong>Church</strong> (<strong>Disciples</strong> <strong>of</strong> Christ), to be held at the Orange County Convention Center<br />

West Hall, July 13-17, 2013. Participation is subject to the Exhibit Program Regulations and<br />

Terms <strong>of</strong> the General Assembly (incorporated here by reference).<br />

The General Assembly reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in the acceptance or<br />

refusal <strong>of</strong> applications. Register online at www.disciples.org/ga and click on the exhibitor tag or<br />

mail this application with accompanying check to the address indicated on the reverse side <strong>of</strong><br />

this form. Those registering online can pay by credit card or e-check. Space is reserved on a<br />

first come, first served basis and upon receipt <strong>of</strong> this form and payment. Space numbers will be<br />

confirmed 30 days prior to the event.<br />

Booth Fees: Premium Space (corners near the General Ministries or main walkways): $700.<br />

Standard Space: $625. Value Space (back corner or wall): $400. The exhibit fee includes one<br />

10'x10' pipe and drape booth, an ID sign, listing in the Assembly Program Book, two assembly<br />

registrations (no meals). Booth space in excess <strong>of</strong> 1,000 sq. ft. is discounted. Please contact me<br />

for quote <strong>of</strong> space in excess <strong>of</strong> 1,000 sq. ft.<br />

Selection: Space assignments will be made as applications are received on a first-come, firstserved<br />

basis. Selection will be made using such other criteria as it is determined to be<br />

appropriate. The General Assembly reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the<br />

floor plan and to relocate any exhibit.<br />

Hall Hours: Set-up is 7/12 from 8am to 5pm. Exhibts are open 7/13 from 9am to 6 pm; 7/14<br />

from 1pm to 6pm; 7/15 and 16 from 9am to 6pm; and 7/17 from 8am to 1pm. Exhibotrs may not<br />

drive on the floor <strong>of</strong> the convention center. Please provide your own cart for moving boxes etc.
