Forms for appearing in C.S.S.E.T. can be obtained from any of the above-mentioned
Universities/ Campuses/ Ganganath Jha Campus or from Sansthan Headquarters. Forms,
incorrect, incomplete or received after the last date of submission will be rejected forthwith.
Only selected candidates in C.S.S.E.T. will be admitted in order of merit. This merit list will be
valid for the year 2012 only. Admit Cards will be sent by 10-04-2012. In case you do not get
the Admit Card before one week of Examination date, you may check the Website and
find out the Roll no. and name of the Examination centre from internet and contact the
centre supdt. one hour before the examination with two photographs alongwith the
prescribed form filled in. Second copy of the admit card will be issued on payment of
Rs. 50/- only. Fill the application form only if you consider yourself eligible for it. Do not
fill more than one form. That will cancel your candidature for the test.
i. Please fill up the application form neatly with ball-pen only in your own handwriting.
ii. Please attach passport-sized latest Photographs on the application forms without attestation
not older than three months before filling the form.
iii. Do not forget to attach self-attested photo-copies of mark sheets of class X, Shastri/B.A
iv.
(Sanskrit)/ Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit) and caste certificate if necessary.
The catchment area of students desiring admission in the Campuses of Rashtriya Sanskrit
Sansthan will be considered on the basis of that University from where the candidate has
passed Shastri/B.A. (Sanskrit). Hence, be careful in filling the catchment area code in the
form.
v. Only the regular students of the following nine campuses of Sansthan, Tirupati and
LBS Vidyapeetha will fill campus/Vidyapeetha code if they have passed Shastri/ Acharya
examination or have appeared in these examinations from -
Jammu, Lucknow, Sringeri, Jaipur, Puri, Trichur , Bhopal, Mumbai & Garli Campuses
and Tirupati/ LBS Vidyapeetha
