MOST IMPORTANT
1. These guidelines must be read carefully.
2. These contain very important information related to the admission.
3. The application form must be filled very carefully.
4. The verification of the facts mentioned in the application form shall be duly verified at the time of
examination and also at the time of admission.
5. In case of the detection of any wrong imformation, suitable legal action inclusive of disqualification
from the examination / admission will be taken.
6. Latest and clear photos only should be pasted on the forms. The photo taken more than three
months before will not be accepted. In case the photo does not match properly, it may result in
disqualification from the examination / cancellation of admission or any other legal action deemed
fit.
7. Three copies of photographs with the name of the applicant and date of the photograph will be
required, to be pasted on the application form.
8. If duplicate Admit Card is necessary, in such case two additional photographs are required
alongwith the fee of Rs. 50/- only.
