Camden Spreads the Word
During Alive After Five
The Uptown Charlotte communities spread the Camden love
and more than 5,000 koozies at Alive After Five 2010. The
summer-long city event is a big hit with warm weather, live
music and prizes. Once the clock strikes five, Charlotte’s
businesspeople hit the streets of Uptown to unwind and mingle,
giving the team the perfect opportunity to increase awareness
of Camden communities in the area.

Camden Passage Has World of Fun
During Employee Day Out
The Camden Passage team took a break from the July heat
and relaxed at their employee day out. The team enjoyed a
fun-filled day at Oceans of Fun/Worlds of Fun, where the
spent the day riding the rides and relaxing in the pool.
Reeder and Wind Represent
Camden At IREM Conference
Camden Cross Creek’s Community Manager Rosanne
Reeder and Assistant Manager Sarah Wind attended this
year’s Institute of Real Estate Management Conference
in Chicago, Ill. The conference is for IREM leaders with
a program designed to help build membership and
management skills. The pair attended several courses,
including Using Communication as a Leadership Tool,
Diversity within IREM, Generation Insight (a look into
different generations in the workplace) and Chapter
Leaders breakout sessions. Wind is currently the IREM
ARM Chairperson and Reeder will be the IREM ARM
Chairperson for the 2011 term.
