My Camden
I feel Camden is a great place to work
because of the great opportunities for
advancement it offers its employees. I started
out as a groundskeeper and through want
of advancement and better opportunity,
Camden afforded me this through Camden
college, great mentors, excellent leadership
and management that aspires you to be great.
Being a former Marine, these are qualities I can
relate to and Camden has them all. Thanks.
I hear (or see in emails) ‘thank you,’ ‘you’ve
been so helpful,’ ‘you rock’ and other similar
phrases more in a day here than elsewhere in
a month. Camden people are very generous
with their compliments. No one is afraid to
tell someone else thanks for whatever they
did, whether it took days or a minute. A
reply email with a verbal smile makes my day
brighter and gives a little lift to the project at
hand (and the occasional Nerf rocket doesn’t
hurt either!). What a nice way to work!
I absolutely love working for
Camden! I have recommended
three friends who have now been
hired on as well, and they can
tell you the same feeling that I
have. Camden is a real family;
everyone genuinely cares for
one another. After having my
second child, I had to decide
on whether to come back to
work or to be a stay-at-home
mom. It made me cry to think
about leaving my Camden
family and not coming back.
Needless to say I came back. I
love the way they always to
regenerate your energy when
things become repetitious by
adding employee fun days
and leasing rallies to get
everyone pumped up again.
