3. General rules and regulations<br />
a. Throughout the course of the tour, the team acts as one single<br />
identity. Students shall respect the decision of the team and not<br />
to leave the team unless prior notification to teachers.<br />
b. As the representative of Hong Kong and LFC, students shall be<br />
well-behaved and attend all functions punctually and actively to show our enthusiasm<br />
and sincerity in developing international relationship.<br />
c. In the residence, please respect team-members and hostel-residents. Please avoid being<br />
noisy and impolite.<br />
d. For safety, do not leave personal belongings unattended. Study the evacuation route of<br />
transport carriers and the residence immediately after settlement. Don’t delay in<br />
reporting any kind of sickness or problem once it happens.<br />
e. It is a serious offence if student leave the residence without teacher’s permission. Student<br />
must not visit the room of whom not in the same sex. Student shall stop all activities and<br />
take rest after 10:30 p.m.<br />

4. Onsite tasks<br />
Conference activity differs from recreational tour in its emphasis on learning. To help<br />
consolidation and reflection, students should complete pieces of daily reflective journal.<br />
Students should submit the journal to the teachers in the night time before debriefing meeting.<br />
The reflective journal shall include:<br />
a. Expectation on CEI2011;<br />
b. Remarkable events of the day and self-reflection;<br />
c. Reflection on CEI2011.<br />
The minimum-length requirement of the journals depends on<br />
the academic level of the students:<br />
Current academic level Chinese English<br />
S1-2 300 words 250 words<br />
S3-6 700 words 450 words<br />
