Neovascular Glaucoma - The Retina and
Glaucoma Viewpoints
Presenters: Seshadri Saikumar, Anantharaman Giridhar,
Vijaya Lingam, Gowri Murthy
Neovascular Glaucoma still remains a difficult and challenging
condition in Ophthalmology. The last few years has witnessed
new modalities in the diagnosis and management of Neovascular
Glaucoma (NVG), and thereby help clinicians salvage useful vision
in some of these eyes. Through didactic lectures and video films,
this course will present diagnostic and management algorithms
which will effectively combine the retina and glaucoma
perspectives in the management of this challenging clinical
entity. The panel discussion with case scenarios will help evolve
a working algorithm for the management of NVG. At the end of
the course, the participants will have a working knowledge as to
how to tackle patients with Neovascular glaucoma.
