These 3 7/8" bore cylinders are a good choice for installation and repair of 95" kits. Superior materials,<br />
thicker casting in critical areas and bigger cooling fins, combined with excellent wear resistance ensure<br />
excellent engine life.<br />

• For 95" and 106" ‘cylinder only’ kits, pistons must be measured and cylinders bored/<br />
honed accordingly. Recommended piston fitment:<br />
• Close: 0.0020" – 0.0025" Loose: 0.0032" – 0.0045"<br />
• S&S 3 7/8" pistons for 103" kits are machined to such close tolerances that it is not<br />
necessary to measure the piston. Additionally, the low friction coating on the piston<br />
skirt makes taking measurements very difficult. Therefore, hone cylinders to nominal<br />
diameter +/- 0.0005" for correct clearance.<br />
