Flag Football<br />

Flag football is a version <strong>of</strong> Canadian football where, instead <strong>of</strong> tackling players to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag or<br />
flag belt from the ball carrier to end a down. <strong>Program</strong> will feature a combination <strong>of</strong> drills <strong>and</strong> games. This program is <strong>of</strong>fered jointly with<br />
the Town <strong>of</strong> Hampstead.<br />

Street Hockey<br />
The seven-week street hockey program is a joint program with the Town <strong>of</strong> Hampstead. <strong>Program</strong> will feature a combination <strong>of</strong> drills <strong>and</strong><br />
games. Kids must wear a helmet with full face mask, gauntlets, a hockey stick <strong>and</strong> running shoes. A jock <strong>and</strong> shin pads are optional but<br />
recommended.<br />

Learn to Skate for Kids<br />
The Learn to Skate <strong>Program</strong> teaches basic skating skills. Helmet with face guards <strong>and</strong> gloves/mitts are compulsory for all children. Each<br />
session is six weeks.<br />
