Description
Simco’s Aerostat® Industrial Ionizing Air
Blowers are highly efficient, extended range
static eliminators designed to neutralize
static charges on materials with free moving
air behind them. The Aerostat AS-20AF and
the Aerostat XP-20F units work with SIMCO
power supplies to eliminate the problems
caused by static in rugged industrial
ENVIRONMENTS. They reduce the buildup
of stubborn charges during operations such
as slitting and rewinding, plastic parts
handling, and packaging processes.
The AS-20AF blower features a disposable
air filter, adjustable air volume control, and
standard 6 foot power cable for proper
connection to the appropriate SIMCO high
voltage power supply.

XP-20F
The Aerostat XP-20F Ionizing air blower is designed specifically for use in Class I, Division 1, Group
D, hazardous areas where the neutralization of static charges is critical for both personnel and
environmental safety. The XP-20F unit can be powered by SIMCO’S non-incendiary power supply
mounted within the hazardous area or an appropriate SIMCO standard power supply mounted
remotely, outside the hazardous area, according to local code restriction.
