Speakers Centre
The speakers centre is located on the ground level of the
congress centre. Speakers are asked to hand in their CD
ROM or USB stick, containing the PowerPoint presentation
(IBM format or compatible, no multisession) preferably
one day before their presentation but at the latest
90 minutes prior to the presentation. The presentation
will be transferred to the central congress server and will
be available afterwards on a special congress notebook
in the hall of the presentation. Due to time and technical
reasons we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own
notebook. Several PC working stations are provided in
the speakers’ centre where speakers can also work on
their PC charts in a quiet area. Technical staff will be glad
to assist.

ESSM Membership Issues
For ESSM membership issues and any other ESSM business,
please contact our ESSM booth which is situated in
the exhibition area in the Pavilion 1.
As an initiative of the ESSM, all ESSM members can get
a free copy of the ICSM 2009 CD at the ESSM booth.
The CD contains the proceedings of the 3 rd International
Consultation on Sexual Medicine, 10 – 13 July 2009 –
Palais des Congrès, Paris, France.
Name Badges
All participants are kindly requested to wear their name
badge at all times during the congress. The colours of
the name badge have the following significance:

Technical Exhibition
A technical exhibition will be organized in the Pavilion 1 of
the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos, Malaga next to the main
meeting rooms. Coffee bars and catering stations for
lunch will be located in the technical exhibition as well.

Poster Exhibition
Posters will be sited in Pavilion 1, where the technical
exhibition will take place. Special highlighted posters will
be displayed in a dedicated area of the exhibition. Highlighted
poster tours will take place during the lunch and
afternoon coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
