Each poster tour includes six poster presentations chaired
by a senior scientist as follows:
Basic science

Male sexual function and dysfunction
Monday, 15 November 2010 15.30 – 16.00 h
Female sexual function
Tuesday, 16 November 2010 12.00 – 12.30 h
Different aspects of sexual health – 2
Tuesday, 16 November 2010 15.30 – 16.00 h
Further details are given in the scientific program schedule
of the congress in this program. The poster presentation
will be sited in the Pavilion 1 of the congress venue.
The poster exhibition is open to all participants:

Wednesday 17 November 2010 09.00 – 11.00 h
Wednesday, 17 November 2010 free of charge to all participants
wearing congress name badges. A complimentary
snack buffet will be offered during lunch time for all
registered congress delegates in the exhibition area during
the congress on Monday and Tuesday.
Restaurants
A self service restaurant is provided adjacent to the exhibition
area in Pavilion 1.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is available close to the Congress Counter.
You can also store your luggage here.
Bank
An ATM machine from the Bank Unicaja is located in the
Palacio de Ferias y Congresos.
Electronic Posters On The ESSM Website
All poster presentations will be displayed on the ESSM
website after the congress. All poster authors who have not
yet submitted their poster are kindly asked to do so electronically
either on CD ROM or on USB stick at the speakers
centre on the ground level of the congress centre.
Internet Centre
Several Internet terminals are available to all delegates at
the exhibition area in the Pavilion 1 of the Palacio de Ferias
y Congresos, The Internet centre is accessible according
to the opening hours of the exhibition.

A lost and found service is available at the registration
area of the congress venue.
Mobile Phones
Delegates are kindly requested to keep their mobile
phones turned off while attending the scientific sessions
in the meeting rooms.
Program Changes
The organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in
the congress program due to external or unforeseen circumstances.
Wireless LAN / WiFi
Wireless LAN is installed from Sunday, 14 November until
Wednesday, 17 November 2010 in the congress centre.
Coffee and Lunch Breaks
Coffee and tea will be served during the morning and
afternoon coffee breaks from Monday 15 November to
Insurance
The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants
are advised to arrange for their own insurance.
Health and accident insurance is recommended and has
to be purchased in your country of origin. The organisers
will not be responsible for a loss or damage of personal
belongings.
