31st of <strong>July</strong> <strong>2009</strong>: Summer Night City -<br />
<strong>JCI</strong> Abba Summer Party<br />
Mamma Mia! Here we go<br />
again!<br />
On the 31st of <strong>July</strong> this<br />
years <strong>JCI</strong> ABBA Summer<br />
Party will take place in the<br />
glamorous location Marx<br />
Bar! (42-44, rue de Hollerich)<br />
This year the summer party<br />
will contribute to a good<br />
cause. As part of our new<br />
project ‟NothingbutNets‟ all<br />
money collected or donated<br />
for the party will go to Bed<br />
Nets in order to prevent the<br />
spreading of malaria in Africa.<br />
Since 2008 this<br />
p r o -<br />
j e c t<br />
h a s<br />
been<br />
built<br />
up in<br />
c o -<br />
operation with the United<br />
Nations Foundation. On an<br />
international level the goal is<br />
to send 1.000.000 Bed Nets<br />
to Africa by 2015!<br />
The party itself will cost<br />
19,74€ for <strong>JCI</strong> members and<br />
24,00€ for non-members.<br />
In the price the following will<br />
be included:<br />

food, 4 drinks, Karaoke,<br />
DJ Music from the 70‟s &<br />
80‟s, Prizes to win, Decorations,<br />
Fun & more!<br />

29th of August <strong>2009</strong>:<br />
<strong>JCI</strong> Visit to Bofferding!<br />
Get to know the Brew better!<br />
The brewery Bofferding was<br />
founded in 1842 and is one<br />
of the oldest breweries in<br />
<strong>Luxembourg</strong>.<br />
On Saturday, the 29th of<br />
August we, <strong>JCI</strong> members and<br />
friends, will have the great<br />
pleasure and opportunity to<br />
visit the brewery. During the<br />
visit we will first have a<br />
guided tour in order to get<br />
to know more about the history<br />
and methods of this<br />
very old company.<br />
After the guided tour, we<br />
will have the opportunity to<br />
participate in a beer tasting<br />
session at the brewery itself.<br />
Practical Information:<br />
Date: Saturday, the 29th of<br />
August <strong>2009</strong>, from 13:00-<br />
15:00.<br />
The price for members: 4,- €<br />
and for non-members: 6,- €.<br />
