City Council may make an open call to <strong>the</strong> <strong>public</strong> during a <strong>public</strong> meeting. Individual members of<br />

<strong>the</strong> City Council may respond to critic<strong>is</strong>m made by those who have addressed <strong>the</strong> City Council,<br />

may ask staff to review a matter, or ask <strong>that</strong> a matter be put on a future agenda. Members of <strong>the</strong><br />

City Council shall not d<strong>is</strong>cuss or take legal action on matters ra<strong>is</strong>ed during an open call to <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>public</strong> unless <strong>the</strong> matters have been properly <strong>notice</strong>d on <strong>the</strong> agenda for d<strong>is</strong>cussion <strong>and</strong> legal action.<br />

by one motion <strong>and</strong> one vote. Prior to consideration of <strong>the</strong> Consent Agenda, <strong>the</strong> Mayor will<br />

ask whe<strong>the</strong>r any member of <strong>the</strong> <strong>public</strong> w<strong>is</strong>hes to remove an item for separate consideration.<br />

Members of <strong>the</strong> Council <strong>and</strong>/or staff may remove any item for separate consideration.<br />

An Order of <strong>the</strong> Council of <strong>the</strong> City of Nogales, Arizona authorizing <strong>the</strong> acqu<strong>is</strong>ition of two<br />

Hummer Armored Tactical Vehicles from <strong>the</strong> Defense Log<strong>is</strong>tics Agency. (NPD)<br />

10. Consideration <strong>and</strong> Possible Action of Resolution No. R2012-04-004:<br />

A Resolution of <strong>the</strong> City Council of <strong>the</strong> City of Nogales, Arizona in opposition of <strong>the</strong> United<br />

States Postal Service’s proposed closure of <strong>the</strong> Tucson Processing <strong>and</strong> D<strong>is</strong>tribution Center at<br />

1501 S. Cherrybell Stravenue, in Tucson, Arizona.<br />
