NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOGALES WILL
MEET IN REGULAR SESSIONS ON:
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4, 2012
IN THE CITY HALL COMPLEX COUNCIL CHAMBERS

4. Call to the Public.
City Council may make an open call to the public during a public meeting. Individual members of
the City Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the City Council,
may ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be put on a future agenda. Members of the
City Council shall not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during an open call to the
public unless the matters have been properly noticed on the agenda for discussion and legal action.

Liquor License Application for Mr. Bardo Fabian Antunez for San Felipe de Jesus Parish
for a fund raiser May 18, 2012. (Admin.)
B. Consideration and Possible Action regarding the recommendation of a Special Event
Liquor License Application for Mr. John Utne for Santa Cruz Advocates for the Arts for
a fund raiser April 21, 2012. (Admin.)

C. Consideration and approval of Council Minutes for January 11, 25, February 01, 08, and
March 07, 2012.
9. Consideration and Possible Action of Order No. 2012-04-026:
An Order of the Council of the City of Nogales, Arizona authorizing the acquisition of two
Hummer Armored Tactical Vehicles from the Defense Logistics Agency. (NPD)
10. Consideration and Possible Action of Resolution No. R2012-04-004:
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Nogales, Arizona in opposition of the United
States Postal Service’s proposed closure of the Tucson Processing and Distribution Center at
1501 S. Cherrybell Stravenue, in Tucson, Arizona.
