CORE ACTIVITY REPORT
Following the instruction sheet is a sample of the Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC Core Activity Report
designed for the Upfront Program. These instructions will help you understand the reporting format and data of the
detail report. This information is subject to the terms and conditions of the Bendix Core Program Handbook.
A. REPORT HEADING:
BENDIX COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SYSTEMS LLC
GROUP SUMMARY REPORT
CORE PARENT: ______________________
CUSTOMER NAME ___________________
PERIOD ENDING NOVEMBER 2008
The REPORT HEADING will appear at the top-center of each page of the report. It identifi es the customer name
and number, the type of report and month. Note: There are 3 types of reports: the Group Summary Report, the
Detail Report and the Debit/Credit Reconciliation. Positive numbers on the reports represent cores due and
negative numbers represent over returns.
B. GROUP SUMMARY REPORT
Details by group your open balances and the timing of when cores are due.
C. DETAIL REPORT:
Gives the specifi c detail or current month activity.
D. DEBIT/CREDIT RECONCILIATION:
Gives specifi c detail of any current month debits or credits.
