Breer served as executive engineer<br />
and director of researcil at<br />
Chrysler Corporation from the<br />

on June 6, unlil his retirement<br />
on April 30, 11l49. He was an<br />
engineering consultant for the<br />
company until 1953.<br />
One of Mr. Breer's foremost<br />
achievements as an engineer<br />
was in guiding the development<br />
of "floating power", an<br />
engine mounting system, He<br />
was also instrumental in devel.<br />
oping the "Air.Flow" Chrysler<br />
in the 1930's, a car embodying<br />
many advanced ideas which<br />
